chocolate truffles for fall!
a fall inspired sweet..
i made a chocolate ganache - equal parts dark chocolate and heavy whipping cream. folded in cranberry jelly and candied orange peel. chilled the mix until it hardened and scooped with a melon baller. chilled the ganache balls until they got firm and rolled them in melted dark chocolate.
cranberry orange truffles!
