peas and beans
i am reading this book and all i want to eat is thick bean soup and dark rye bread. with a beer to drink.
this one has mirepoix veggies (carrots, celery, onions, garlic) all chopped to around pea size and softened in butter with some smoked ham. added stock, peas, white beans and some rosemary.
